We had a fantastic experience working with Adam Bundren and Lauren Risley Realty! We were first-time homebuyers and Adam was there for us every step of the way. He knew our likes and dislikes as clients, was transparent about details of each home we toured, and helped us write our best offers when we found a home we liked. When we found our house and went under contract, he talked us through the entire process to ensure we understood our commitment and the timeline of events. He attended our inspection for us, as we were out of town, and gave us a full debrief when we returned. During our walkthrough he helped prepare another life milestone for us – he helped planned a surprise proposal! Talk about going above and beyond for clients! He helped set up the space and took photos and a video for us. It was such a special moment and Adam didn’t hesitate to step up. Even now that we are in the house, he continues to help by offering referrals for house maintenance and improvements. We have nothing but positive things to say about Adam and Lauren Risley Realty! When we are ready in the future to sell our house and look for a new one, we will definitely be using them again!

Choosing to work with Adam to sell our home was a great decision. From start to finish he helped us understand every step of the selling process. Adam was extremely informative throughout the entire process. Being first time home buyers, my Girlfreind and I were terrified at the thought of paperwork and who we needed to talk to and having to get our ducks in a row, but Adam made the entire experience as painless as I can imagine it could be. Understand this man is passionate about finding homes for the clients he works for, not just doing his best to get them into the first house they see.
