Adam was truly the best to work with! From the beginning of this process to the very end, we couldn't have gotten through buying and selling our homes with out him. His communication was exceptional and the level of knowledge and expertise he brought to us was top notch. He was very patient with us through the process and never made us feel rushed to make a big decision. He made it easy to trust the process and timelines. When we found our house and went under contract, he talked us through the entire process to ensure we understood our commitment and the timeline of events. He attended our inspection for us, as we were out of town, and gave us a full debrief when we returned. During our walkthrough he helped prepare another life milestone for us – he helped planned a surprise proposal! Talk about going above and beyond for clients! He helped set up the space and took photos and a video for us. It was such a special moment and Adam didn’t hesitate to step up. Even now that we are in the house, he continues to help by offering referrals for house maintenance and improvements. We have nothing but positive things to say about Adam and Lauren Risley Realty! When we are ready in the future to sell our house and look for a new one, we will definitely be using them again!
